We understand that buying a product online can lead to misunderstandings so we’re happy to accept a return for a refund or exchange on products in new and unused condition within 30 days of delivery.

Simply return any eligible purchase from Rvinyl within 30 days from the date of delivery by filling out the form below. Your return must be received within 30 days from the date of delivery. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Return shipping fees are not reimbursed. In the event an error is made by Rvinyl, a return shipping label will be provided.

So what happens when you receive my return? We will inspect it. Then we will process your refund or credit within 2 business days. A refund is issued to the original credit source such as your credit card directly through Paypal. Credits are issued by giving you a credit code you may apply to your next order. You may redeem it by adding your desired products to our cart and during the checkout process and then applying the code.

The few exceptions for items that cannot be returned include:

• Wraps, rolls and sheets of film
• Precut Pain Protection Kits and PPF Film 
• 4″ x 6″ Sheets and Samples
• Special Order Items
• Custom Designed Products
• Manufactured Products
• Items Marked “Non-Returnable” (clearly indicated on the product page before placing your order)
• Personalized Items (custom engraved or embroidered)
